The Ceuta Terrace Suites exceeded any expectations we had by far. On arrival we were greeted very warmly by Teresa who immediately made us feel very welcome and took her time to give us a tour of our room, the terrace and the breakfast area. The room was fantastic, every part of it spacious and beautifully designed. The beds were large, warm and very comfortable, the bedding cosy. We were here with our 2 year old son and the team had prepared a separate small bed with child size duvet and pillow for him, which was unexpected and a wonderful surprise for him. The room had a coffee machine and mini fridge with complimentary coffees, teas and a bottle of water. The bathroom had quality shampoo, conditioner, moisturiser etc. The next morning we arrived for breakfast at a time prearranged the day before, this meant the room wasn’t overcrowded and gave us a relaxed start to the day. The staff we met for breakfast were again incredibly warm, welcoming and friendly, showing us where everything was and offering freshly cooked eggs and coffees. It was a self serve buffet and the food and drinks were constantly topped up, croissants still warm, juice freshly pressed. Everyone who works here clearly enjoys working here and it’s easy to see why. The owner (who is also present and working alongside her team) has created not only a wonderful environment for her guests, but also a very positive and warm environment for her employees. This joy passes down to the guests ensuring they are fully catered for on their visit. They take the time to get to know you, we had wonderful conversations, advice on getting around and what to do while in Porto. We never felt that they were rushed or that we were inconveniencing them. We genuinely couldn’t be happier with our stay. The room and food were incredible, but what stood out for us was the experience the team gave us, this was beyond any hospitality we’ve ever received and made it truly memorable for us.

At the guest house, units are fitted with bed linen and towels. Great location, quaint, staff was responsive and helpful. 15 mins away from everything and that's walking. For 3 euro I took a uber to everywhere I didn't want to walk.

The property has mountain and quiet street views, and is 36 km from Estación Maritima. The guest house features family rooms. This is a gem in Valenca! Right in the old fort and on the Camino. So clean and smells amazing. No reception but received all the codes beforehand. Kitchen has no stove but everything else you need. Comfy bed, bright, modern. I'm so glad we chose this location to have our rest day.

Santa Catarina FLH Suites features accommodation in Porto's historic centre, within the popular shopping street of Santa Catarina. The rooms and suites are at a traditional Porto building, which was fully refurbished and features modern comforts. I had an incredible experience. All the staff were really lovely, welcoming and friendly. We had a port wine taster on arrival which was a nice touch. They even served me birthday cake with breakfast on my birthday. The bed was comfortable. There was enough space to put suitcases in the room. It was nice to have a balcony to the street. The location was very central. It was the best place I stayed in Portugal and would stay with FLH again in a heartbeat.
