The property is exactly as described, a beautiful period town house in the middle of the old town of St Valery. The facilities are of a high standard, we happily enjoyed family meals making most of a lovely light kitchen. Great bathroom, gorgeous bedrooms. All in all we had a lovely relaxing time. As well as enjoying the hosts tasteful decor they were also very helpful, quick to reply to messages and only too keen to help when asked. A pleasure to deal with.

We had the use of the garden and we parked the car outside the front of the house. Within walking distance of two pattiseries and the town has plenty of restaurants and other ammenities. A great place to base yourselves and visit the area. We will revisit.

So nice to walk up to the old town for dinner each night from the apartment. Amber is very nice and we must learn some French so that we can communicate better next time.

Loved the view of the gardens from the windows. About 1km walk to the boulangerie and centre of St Valery. A good collection of books and games. Little desk and chairs for children. Various documentation and maps on the area, including discount tickets to Marquenterre, Maison de la Somme and other places.
