Everything! We stay here for a few days with friends. Gorgeous place, the house interior is fabulous, everything is new and super clean. Such a nice thing is to have a private pool and be able to swim then you want. Because in almost all hotels the pool you can use till 6pm. And of course the owners! So amazing people! they welcome us with drinks and delicious food. For our celebration they even bring a wine. So thoughtful. Thank you for remarkable stay and wish you the best! <3

The villa is great, from all points of view! It was perfect for us (two adults and two teenagers). And its location makes it easy for the guests, especailly if you rent a car, to reach every tourist attraction on the island. It takes between 30 to 40 minutes to get almost anywhere. Sometimes even less. Very confortable villa, the pool is exactly what you need after visiting the various objectives and the owner is the best: always helpful, if needed, very attentive.

We love the whole ambience connected with : 1. Location &local people - a small Greek village market place where all people know each other and live in good relationships, slow motion of this place - no hurry! What is more - location in the middle of island gives you variety of choices - depends what you want to to - you go either east or western part of island - it’s very convenient. Roads have beautiful sightseeing since Psinthos is located in more in the mountaineering scenery. 2. Host - very friendly and welcoming! Please at Assistance available all the time if only needed and small traditional gifts were one. 3. Tasty Greek restaurants available at hand. 4. Very high standard of apartment in a perfect style - all image details secured - no cheating on photos - it’s better even than on photos! Perfect terrace for spending time together with mates, when you want to extend your evening “party”- with beautiful view on lively market square! Also all small stuffs needed ( cleaning and hygienic ones ) are available. Set up for bed for change - well everything according to the needs :-)

Everything was to a very high standard and extremely clean and tidy. Loved everything about the property and location. From the second we booked the communication with the owners was amazing!! We unfortunately got delayed a full day due to the Air Traffic Control issue but Giannis was extremely accommodating and ensured to keep in contact with me regardless of the time. We eventually landed at 4am to which we was greeted by one of the best people I’ve met!! Giannis’s father. We are forever in his debt. He is the most kind, friendly person we have come across. There was nothing he wouldn’t do for us. His breakfasts came on time and tasted delicious. He was always chatting to my kids and just overall an amazing person. The kids absolutely LOVED the pool - could not get them out of it. Air conditioning is perfect!! They especially loved the animals. They actually cried upon leaving because they wanted to stay with the cats!! The property is STUNNING - secluded and on its own. Very peaceful. We have stayed in lots of Villas with James Villa but I have to say this property blows those out of the water. By far the best we’ve stayed in. It has everything an more. I honestly cannot put into words how amazing it was. We are 100% returning every year for sure. Loved it!! Thank you so much for an absolutely unforgettable holiday which the whole family enjoyed. Very nice place for holidays in Rhodes. Michalis is very nice host. I would also recommend to visit Michalis' taverna nearby - very testy traditional Greek food. It is about 15 minutes drive to the beaches.

whats amazing place! we were double lucky that another apartment was not booked so we were able use also pool and bbq from that bigger apt, Many Thanks to owner! very freindly, ready to help in any question. i miss you and Rhodes!
