We received a very warm welcome and the gite was so beautifully restored and decorated. A lovely enclosed garden perfect for our dog and located in very peaceful surroundings with just the sound of a donkey and a cockerel to welcome in the morning. Walks from the front door and a great location for visiting the champagne region. Do try the champagne which is available from the hosts, it is fantastic!

The owner was very nice and brought us anything we were missing. Very good for the price. Everything needed in the kitchen was already provided and the beds were very comfortable. This house was perfect for our family. The house is clean, tidy, and great for a family of 4. Emmanuelle has thought of every last detail. There is a lovely private secure garden, which was ideal for our small dog. Communication with Emmanuelle was excellent, and the food was ready for us in the fridge, just what we needed after a long drive. The breakfast was amazing. We will definitely return to this delightful house. Emmanuelle is the most lovely host.

A beautiful charming authentic old 16th Century French Apartment in the Old Town. We loved everthing, the location was the best, the beds were next level fantastic, best we have had in Europe. Our host was lovely, she explained everything about the Apartment and Troyes. Was an experience we won't forget. Parking was easy and accessible, only wish we had more time there, it was so special. Loved Troyes and this accomodation.

Château de la Malmaison is in a quiet, rural location with easy access to Epernay, Reims and the Marne Canal bikepath. The hosts were extremely helpful with a long text of information, in English, prior to arrival. We used this throughout our stay. The apartment is well equipped, including a washing machine & full kitchen facilities. The pool is a bonus on hot days & the fridge is well stocked with Xavier’s (& ours) favourite champagne. Just pay for what you drink (and enjoy it in the provided champagne glasses!).

Very warm welcome; nice clean house with two separate bed rooms (the one under the roof has air conditioning which was crucial when we stayed (36°). Good bathroom. My children (5 and 9) loved all the facilities in the huge garden (zip line, play houses, monkey bars and even goats; I preferred the boulodrome) They even didn't want to go back to the lac d'Orient the next day. The owners are living in the house next door and are very friendly. Nice feature: the old well in the living room. I can only recommend La Maison de Louna
