Wonderfully situated, in a nice and calm area, yet close to the old town center (5 min by car or half an hour by foot), and to the sea as well (20 min by car). The hosts are super nice, ready to give you tips on what to see around. Unfortunately, we didn't get to use the jacuzzi as it was not yet the season, but I'm sure it must be a blast when the weather is hot enough. The studio has everything one needs for vacations stay, and it's prettily decorated.

Cottage Perla Vita มีลานระเบียงและวิวสวน โดยมีทำเลที่ตั้งอยู่ในเลอกันเนต์ ห่างจากหาด Midi Beach 2.8 กม. และห่างจากศูนย์ประชุมปาเลส์เดเฟสติวัลเดอคานส์ 4 กม. Very quiet place, nice neighborhood, extreme friendly hosts, 4mins to the groceries. I love everything about the house, thanks for hosting us! Even we left something at the kitchen the hosts were so kind to wait us for it. Can't be thankful more for our trip to Cottage Perla Vita. Easy private parking in the yard, friendly cute pets! The kitchen has everything we need for cooking, the shower is nice. Also the place is just a few minutes from highway. I would recommend anyone who wants to take a trip in Cannes/Nice/Antibes area to think about this beautiful house.

We were welcomed by the friendly host Bruno who told us all things practical. Lovely stone cottage located in the beautiful hills around Nice. La Colle sur Loup is an ideal location for going on excursions (and for getting your breakfast and pizza at the local bakery Pizzatti). House was elegantly furnished and very comfortable. We hope to come back soon.

The hosts provided us with super detailed instructions how to access the villa. We had absolutely no problem getting in and out. Our communication with the hosts was fantastic. The villa's location is excellent. The villa itself is very nice, well kept, very comfortable for a family of 5. It is equipped with everything you need...except a wine bottle opener :)

Really exceptional villa, modern, well equipped, nice decorated into the very small details, weather was cold, so we couldn't use the swimming pool, but it is amazingly located. The view from the leaving room and balcony is just astonishing. The host answered very fast and always positively for any of our requests. Crazy location for relaxation vacation yet, close to everywhere between Monaco and Nice
