The staff were very kind and friendly! This hostel introduces advanced devices such as a fingerprint lock, a remote controlled washing machine and so on. This makes the hostel comfortable and safe. In addition, the staff cleaned my bed everyday! Thanks to them I could spent perfect days in Alexandria!

- Thank you Samir, Isis and Hiyem were the Angels taking care of everyone in the Hostal. -The location is Amazing!! The building is old and there is a big coffee place in the first floor of the building. -The beds and place in general are so clean. -I loved the little coffee corner, cheap and very helpful ❤️ I met amazing people specially Lu y Chi 😊

I liked everything without exceptions. The staff is so helpful and caring. They always ask if we need any help. They helped us so much to discover the city. Mr. Kareem and his mom are amazing. They are so professional and nice at the same time. The villa is so safe and the district is stunning.

if you get a slightly upgraded room they’re pretty clean and great value for money. Good for overnight emergency/travel stays when you need to be downtown. staff are friendly. entrance is more scary than the hotel actually is-I only found out about it through a local I met otherwise I would’ve never tried. make sure to go to 7th floor when you reach the building bc that’s not obvious. At the low price don’t expect 4-5 star service…it’s a fresh bed and a toilet and smoker-friendly and not a hostel that you have to share.

Amazing location right in the centre and close to water. We had a sea view from our room. Staff were nice. Bed was best in Egypt a sheet then blanket. Simple but everything you need. For the price it was awesome.
