The staff were very kind and friendly! This hostel introduces advanced devices such as a fingerprint lock, a remote controlled washing machine and so on. This makes the hostel comfortable and safe. In addition, the staff cleaned my bed everyday! Thanks to them I could spent perfect days in Alexandria!

As a solo female traveler, feeling safe is super important. The staff there really made sure I felt secure, they were friendly and the place was clean, which made me feel comfortable. Plus, it's in a great spot near everything I needed. If you're traveling alone and want a safe and cozy place to stay, I totally recommend this hostel for you.

if you get a slightly upgraded room they’re pretty clean and great value for money. Good for overnight emergency/travel stays when you need to be downtown. staff are friendly. entrance is more scary than the hotel actually is-I only found out about it through a local I met otherwise I would’ve never tried. make sure to go to 7th floor when you reach the building bc that’s not obvious. At the low price don’t expect 4-5 star service…it’s a fresh bed and a toilet and smoker-friendly and not a hostel that you have to share.
