the staff was really helpful and gave me a lot of ideas on what to visit in the city and also some tips about restaurants and dishes. i tried some of them, and they were really good! the location is a calm green area, but the hostel is busy and that mixture creates a very special amosphere. however there were lots of people staying, all the common spaces were in good condition and they were clean. i really liked that the house has a balcony and also its own garden, where you can sit down in the afternoons or evenings with a beer in hand (they sell beers in the house), or even for a breakfast coffee, in case you like that :) i will definitely come back!

First things first, the location is incredible. Almost everything is in walking distance from the hostel, which is really well equipped. Therefore we were able to go into town, return and cook something and then pick up right where we left. Furthermore, the staff was very friendly. It was a young volunteer, who lived there with us and made it feel more like home simply by his presence. We were also very happy to have our luggage looked after most of the time when we weren't there It was nothing too exceptional, but exactly what you would expect when traveling on budget and a little bit more. .
