The hotel was very conveniently located near the airport as we arrived late. The staff were very helpful in guiding our taxi driver, and welcoming us just after midnight. In the morning we were welcomed with coffee, and then a long conversation with advice about how to best plan and manage our stay in Vietnam. Transport for the day was arranged, and we planned our return stay as we will be coming back to this hotel at the end of our stay. They also accommodated our storage needs while travelling in the on our bicycles. A really great start to our holiday in Vietnam.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They even arranged two different taxi pickups to the airport for our group of friends free of charge. The location was convenient being very close to the airport. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable. I'd easily stay there again!

Just what we were looking for - a place close to the airport to spend a night after two days of travel! Staff was super-friendly and helpful. Room was small with no TV, but just what we needed. Very comfortable! Convenient access to/from airport, and they arranged transportation to Hanoi for us in the morning. Excellent communication with hotel prior to stay - arrangements for airport pickup, information about currency exchange at airport - very helpful!
