Residents can ensure their comfort, relaxation and cozy times with sea, garden and city views. The prime location of Luxury Apartments Alix/Flora Panorama makes it a unique destination. It is situated in Sea Garden adjacent to Flora Burgas beach, including all restaurants, coffee shops and beach night clubs. As part of the building are Restaurant Flora Bar & Grill, Flora Supermarket, Beauty Center and Gaming Club. Nearby are Nonstop Market Flora, Nonstop Speedy BBQ Burger Fast Food, Zaharo Coffee & Pastry Shop and Farm Products Market "Bash Bakaliya", as well as numerous other restaurants and coffee shops. Near the properties in Flora Burgas, various summer events are organized yearly, including the Flower Festival, Retro Cars Exhibition, Wine and Fish Festival and other events.
