A luxury vacation apartment located right next to the city beach and approximately 5 mins away from downtown. Located in a new building and on a high floor, the apartment features a balcony offering stunning sunsets and views of the port of Burgas and of the city's skyline. Ideal for remote work, couples or family beach vacations and gastronomic experiences. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, a modern bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen which extends into a dining and a sitting area. The kitchen is fully equipped and comes with kitchenware, a microwave, cooktops, oven, full-size refrigerator and a coffee machine.
We are a family of four currently living in the city of Burgas. As a couple, we have lived in the U.S., Hungary and Switzerland and are used to traveling, renting and being hosted. So we definitely know what is expected of us and our place in order to facilitate the best experience for our guests.
The apartment building is located 2 mins away from a public parking offering reasonable daily/weekly/monthly payment plans. There is a supermarket located on the street of the apartment building, two top-rated restaurants, a park and a children's amusement park. The public beach is right at the end of the street featuring a pedestrian lane with multiple restaurants and beach bars.
