Situated in tomb of the kings, on the very popular kings palace is this two bedroom, two bathroom immaculate, luxury apartment, with wonderful sea views, close to the sea, restaurants and supermarket, plus all the amenities that make your stay so much more enjoyable. The accommodation is bright and spacious throughout and features an open living room with a comfortable lounge, fitted kitchen and formal dining area. Sliding doors open out to a good size balcony, from here there are fabulous panoramic views, and perfect spot to enjoy the amazing sunsets Paphos has to offer. The bedrooms are fully air-conditioned ; with fans to keep you cool through the hot summer months. The apartment benefits from being situated on a complex with barrier access and each block has secure access to its own entrance foyer and lift. There are plenty of parking spaces near the entrance, although if your not travelling by car, there are bus stops very close. The entire development is maintained to an exceptional standard. At the centre of the complex is a large swimming pool, plus a separate children’s pool. Toilet and shower facilities are located by a large sunbathing terrace.

Les and I bought a holiday villa in Tala 2007; we’ve spent most of our holidays here in Cyprus as Cyprus has so much to offer. We both decided to take early retirement and make our holiday home our permanent home. We haven’t looked back and enjoy every day; the sun is all year round with a few rainy days during the winter months. With flights being very reasonable, we are able to fly back to England to visit relatives and friends, plus they all invade us through the summer months! How lucky are we?
