The offered apartment is located on the first floor of a two-family house on a approx. 400 m² garden plot with slope in Dusseldorf-Unterbach near the recreation area Unterbacher See. The living area is about 65 m² and is distributed over a bright living room with adjoining hallway, a bathroom with shower tub and a quiet bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a terrace. All rooms are equipped with tiles. An oriel in the living room brings a lot of light into the almost 30 m² room until evening. From the bedroom as well as from the kitchen, there is a direct access to the approximately 8 m² terrace and to the garden via windows which reach to the surface. A floor heating throughout the apartment, which can be regulated separately for each room, as well as bright walls create a cozy atmosphere. In the kitchen, there is a built-in radio above the semicircular dining table, so you can listen to relaxed music or the news from the world at breakfast. In front of the house is a visitors' car park, which can be used by the guests.
Unterbach is located in the south-east of Düsseldorf and is a very nature-influenced district with many forests and green spaces. The recreational area Unterbacher See and the Elbsee offer numerous leisure possibilities such as sailing, diving, fishing etc. In Unterbach there are numerous sports clubs with a wide range of sporting activities. The vabali spa Düsseldorf is less than 10 minutes away by car, with 10 saunas, two steam baths and a laconium, two pools and numerous relaxation areas right in the middle of the nature. Shops for the daily needs as well as doctors and pharmacies are sufficiently available in Unterbach. The connection to the motorways A46, A3 and A59 is very good. Düsseldorf's city center, the airport and the exhibition grounds of Düsseldorf are all within a 20-minute drive. Within a 35-minute drive you can get to Cologne or Kölnmesse. The connection to the public transport is also very good.
