The house is built in 2019. We are welcoming guests starting from June 2019. The 3 bedroom apartment with sauna has flexible keyless entrance, is covered with free high speed Wi-Fi internet, has air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen and flat screen TV in the living room. The apartment is situated on 2 floors - the first floor has a open space living room/kitchen and the second floor has 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with sauna. The apartment has high quality soft matresses and bedlinen in every bed, soft towels, soap and shampoo in the bathroom. The apartment has a hair dryer and washing machine. Keyless entrance system allows you to arrive at any time suitable for you. Check-in is available starting from 3pm and check-out have to be made at noon (12.00). Guests are given access codes that open the front door of the building, apartment doors and the gate. Free parking is available in the backyard (1 parking space per apartment).

Our apartments offer more privacy than the hotels, also you will get more space for less value – a great combination. We offer 2 houses for our guests: a fully renovated house of historical value situated at Väike-Ameerika 24 (Tallinn Apartment Hotel) and a modern house situated at Tehnika 91 (Tallinn Apartment Hotel Suites). The 2 houses are situated in the same area, just 2 minute walk from each other.

Tallinn City center, Freedom Square, Old Town and Town Hall Square are just a short walk away. Enjoy the architecture of Kaarli Church and National Library of Estonia on your way to the city center. If you are hungry and want to have breakfast, lunch or dinner then just around the corner is cafe Kohalik that offers good food with nice atmosfare. It is also a great place to sit and talk and have a glass of wine in the evening. During the summer they also have a terrace outside and a barbeque area in the back of the reastaurant. If you feel like shopping or want to make your own dinner then just 300m away is a big Shopping Centre Kristiine, where you can find numerous shops, restaurants and a big supermarket Prisma. “Koidu” park with a nice children’s playground and a basketball court is just 5 minute walk away. For the children we suggest to visit Tallinn Zoo, that is 7-10 min by car. A nice place to walk around with the whole family. You can see elephants, bears, tigers, lions, monkeys, etc. Also there is a children zoo, where children can touch the animals. Tallinn has many nice beaches, the closest one is Stroomi beach, only 8 min by car.
