We are waiting to welcome you to our newly purchased beautiful privately luxury Villa! The property boasts a 9x4m heated pool which is surrounded by attractive colourful sub tropical planting. The Villa overlooks the golf course but cannot be overlooked by passing golfers. Throughout this spacious home from home there is an elegant choice of quality furnishings and decor complemented by uninterrupted views across two golf courses down to the crystal blue sea. Vivid sunsets over the mountains behind will make your stay truly memorable. Located just outside the bustling resort of Caleta de Fuste, with its stunning harbour, safe sandy horse shoe bay, select bars and restaurants. The property is in a prime position only a 5 min walk from the 5* Elba Palace Hotel overlooking the first tee. It is a 20 mins walk to the nearest beach & shopping. Outside. The outside area adjacent to the pool is ideal for alfresco entertaining. Tropical plants, trees and bougainvillea grow around the property and trail from pots on the veranda and sunny terraces. From the large roof top sun terraces magnificent panoramic views can be enjoyed. All bookings are secure via bookings com.
We are a couple in our forties and a family of 4 in total.
Our Villa is located at the end of a cul de sac and is extremely safe and quiet. Its exactly a 5 mins walk to Elba Palace 5* Hotel where you can enjoy afternoon tea or coffee in a peaceful surrounding. We are a 20 min walk to nearest beach and shopping areas. Location , location, location.
