Very pleasant flat located in the heart of Nice. Bright & recently renovated. Fully equipped. Perfect for solo traveller, worker or a couple with & without children. Shops/Groceries round the corner (bakery just downstairs) Lively bars & very good restaurants in a pedestrian street "place du pin" 100 m away. Great friendly atmosphere. Promenade des anglais & old town 10 min away walking along the beautiful harbour. Tram 5 min away. Train station 10 min to visit great near by cities and villages (Monaco, Cannes, Eze)
As a keen traveller, I like meeting new people and am very much aware of guests' needs. I will be delighted to have you stay at my home and have an enjoyable time in Nice.
The flat is located in a beautiful quarter, lively with bars and gorgeous restaurants. Groceries to buy food are nearby. The beautiful harbour is round the corner like all other places to visit. All can be done by foot (old town, promenade des anglais...) You will feel on holidays for sure like I do throughout the year. Nice is not expanded too much. Most of the main touristic spots can be visited by foot or using the tram situated 5 min walk
