The young woman on reception was very welcoming and informative. Our room was lovely - with a nice view of the swimming pool (though you would have to be a brave person to dive in as the water was freezing at the beginning of April). We had a few beers in the hotel and coffees. However, it was better to go and have a drink nearer the beach as the hotel was quite quiet. Breakfast was good so all in all, a nice experience.

The hotel is located in the center of La Grande Motte, 10 minutes walk from the beach and 5 minutes walk from the marina. It is also only 150 meters from the Palais des Congrès and the Casino. Montpellier Méditerranée airport is a 20-minute drive from the hotel. The Hotel Europe was built with the launch of the resort in the 1970's. The preservation of its original architecture makes it charming and attractive. The 37 rooms are equipped with modern amenities such as flat-screen cable TV, mini-fridge, hospitality tray and air conditioning, as well as a hairdryer and free toiletries. Some rooms have a terrace or balcony. The property features free WI-Fi, an outdoor pool and a terrace.
