Enjoy local products from Normandy (cider & biscuits offered upon arrival) at #LIndustrioChampetre, a spacious, bright and comfortable apartment recently renovated with a soothing and charming decor! With its 2 large bedrooms and its living room we can host up to 6 people. Whether for leisure or your business trips, its location is ideal to easily and rapidly get to the hypercentre and visit the historic city center and also get around the agglomeration, taste local pastries and spirits, going out ... 2 metro stations are 500 meters away and lead directly to the center in 5 min. Everything has been thought out to make your stay as pleasant and practical as possible, all you have to do is come with your luggages: - Before your arrival we send you a guide to prepare your stay and visit. It's extensive with all aspects of your stay (accommodation, shops, bars, restaurants, emergencies ...) - It's a self CEHCK-IN so no stress! Arrive whenever you want between 5 p.m. and 10 p.m. (possibility of arriving outside of these hours, with a supplement of 15 euros, please contact us in this case) - The residence is secure. - The appartement will be all yours

You can reach us before and during your trip, It'll be our pleasure to help you :) We speak perfectly English but only from 2 PM (French time), before that, our brain still needs to digest the alcohol haha

The area is quiet and the flat is well located. You have all amenities available around it: grocery stores, gas station, pharmacy, banks, boulangerie, florist, anything you want, just ask for it :) - 500m from the residence, there are 2 Metro stations which lead directly to the historic center of Rouen in 5 mins. You can also easily access the agglomeration, Zénith, Technopole, Vatine activity center, Les Docks, Univesities, etc. - Nearby (on foot): there are grocery stores, Bakery, Tobacco Bars, Restaurants, Butcher, Police Station, Pharmacies, Banks, Clinics, Aldi - The Saint Sever Center is 10 minutes walk or 3 metro stations from the apartment, - Take advantage of our tour itinerary so as not to miss the essentials of Rouen as well as the lesser-known places popular with Rouen, PARKING - Free parking in the Residence (1st come 1st served), on the apartment street and around (there is always space available) - Not accessible to disabled people (Apartment on the 1st floor)
