Ideally located, this apartment is located in a quiet and secure residence, on the 3rd floor (no lift) with a balcony allowing a beautiful light. On foot, 5 minutes from the marina, 5 minutes from the beach, 2 minutes from the central halls and the pedestrian street. You can easily find a restaurant, go shopping or simply take a walk to discover the atypical architecture of Le Havre. The tramway crossing Le Havre is 150m from the residence. Ideal for a business trip or a couple.
I am passionate about Le Havre, this city which is constantly innovating, while retaining its own history for over 500 years. I will provide you with a guide to give you some recommendations on restaurants, places to visit or essential elements necessary for a good stay. I remain reachable for the duration of your stay! Located in the Quartier Perret, you will have in a few steps, access to restaurants, cafes, the show apartment of Perret, the beach, the marina and Les Halles. At the foot of the building, a beauty salon, a greengrocer and an excellent bakery. You will have everything nearby, however if you want to travel by bus or tram, the stations are a 5-minute walk away. For arrivals by train, take the Porte Océane tramway to Terminus plage.
