This lovely house is designed for families, employees, and group of friends visiting Bristol, South Wales or South West as a whole. This house is located on one of the best streets in North Bristol. Very peaceful neighbourhood and just a 15-minute walk from Bristol Parkway Station. The new and modern kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and everything you need to whip up a delicious meal. There's also a washing machine if you are here for a long stay. Featuring 2 spacious bedrooms furnished with super comfy memory foam mattresses and toppers. Additionally, each bedroom comes with built-in wardrobes for extra storage. The second bedroom comes with a single bed and a comfy fold-up bed for the 4th guest. Our spacious bathroom features a bathtub, shower, sink, and toilet. All designed with quality finishes and materials. The living room is spacious and airy, providing guests with ample space to relax and unwind after a long day. The room is complete with comfortable sofas and a large smart TV, making it the perfect spot to watch a movie or catch up on your favourite TV shows. A folded single bed can be made available in the living room on request. The house is complete with super fast Wifi, oven, a high chair, hairdryer, microwave, rice cooker, iron, ironing board, dressing/work desk, large fridge freezer, children books, novels, dining area , towels, shower gel, toiletries, shampoo, washing machine, etc. The outside area is equally impressive, featuring a lovely garden where guests can sit outside and enjoy the tranquil surroundings. Additionally, the house is conveniently located close to shops and great transport networks ( train stations, local buses, M4 & M5) , making it an ideal location for any traveller visiting Bristol or South West The lock code to the house will be provided 24 hours before your check-in date. The house is close to many local shops and attractions. 3 mins walk to Bristol North Nuffield health gym and Metro Bus stop, 15 mins walk to Bristol Parkway Station; also close to MOD, Rolls Royce, UWE, AVIVA, AZTEC West, Southmead Hospital and Cribbs Causeway Mall. 15 -20 mins drive to Bristol city centre ( without traffic). The house is very close to both the M5 and M4 motorways.
