Boutique style apartment, bright airy, with floor to ceiling windows thoughout. Open plan kitchen with, hob, oven, coffee machine, washing machine, under counter fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, 4 seater dining table. Living area 3 + 2 plush velvet couches, foot stool. 50inch Smart TV Apartment also boasts Office space for those who like to work on the move, with fast fibre broadband. Both bedrooms are equipped with 32 inch smart TV's & hotel style luxury cotton bedding and pillows for a great night sleep. King size bed to master and 2 x singles in second bedroom. Ample storage and hanging space for Clothes. Designer marble bathroom, with walk in shower, large mirror and fluffy white towels for the best shower experience. Apartment comes with 1 allocated parking space, but has an NCP pay and display car park on site for additional vehicles.
