Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. We have a beautiful large double room coming available in a fully furnished bedrooms & bathrooms professional house to share in Shirley, Solihull. The house has been newly built recently, and the quality is to an exceptionally high standard. All the current Health & Safety and fire regulations have been adhered to, with smoke alarms, carbon monoxide detectors, and emergency lighting for your comfort and safety.
I am a very social person and I like to talk with diverse and different cultured people. I enjoy helping others live in a carefree environment, and experience new places. If anyone has a sense of discomfort I will be willing to aid them and make them feel as homely as possible. I am very polite and will try to see things from other peoples perspectives. I assure you that you will feel no irritation during your stay. We would not allow drinking on our premises, but the pub is just around the corner from our place. Please accept this kind request and we apologies for the inconvenience .
The property is conveniently situated within walking distance of plenty of amenities. All amenities are within 2 minutes walking distance, including supermarkets, shops, cash points, banks, takeaway shops, pubs & restaurants, off-license, medical services, Parkgate shopping center, The Gym, Asda retail store, Public library, fuel station, etc. Also, regular public transport is widely available, with a bus stop right near the property and Shirley train station 5 minutes away. Only a few minutes of driving to Blythe Valley & Fore business park, Solihull station & Solihull town center, J4-M42. All with easy access to Birmingham Airport, Birmingham International Train Station, Birmingham City Centre, National Exhibition Centre (NEC), Genting Arena, and Resorts World, Solihull Hospital, National Grid, JLR, Npower, Fujitsu Siemens, Birmingham business park, Elmdon business center.
