Awarded a 4 star rating by Visit England and located in possibly the best part of Harrogate, the Montpellier Quarter which is renowned for upmarket eateries and shopping. Nestled between the Royal Pump Room Museum and the Mercer Gallery and directly opposite the Valley Gardens, is this stunning first floor, split level, spacious apartment in the Grade 2 listed building which was home to Farrah's Toffee Works for many years. Large sash windows offer stunning views from all rooms. This light and airy apartment has everything you will need whether here for business or pleasure. Luxury is the key word when describing the interior, from goose down duvets to Egyptian cotton bed linen and soft white fluffy towels. Complementary luxury toiletries in addition to those home from home touches such as fresh milk and orange juice. Please note I do not provide non allergenic bedding. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, integrated dishwasher, washing machine and full sized fridge and freezer. Free parking for one car is available for the duration of your stay with a daily parking permit provided.
Hello, my name is Catherine, I have been doing this for over a year now and I try very hard to provide everything you could possibly need to make your stay as enjoyable as possible and if there's something I've not thought of please let me know and I'll try and get it. I do changeovers myself to ensure everything's perfect and take a great deal of pride in what I do. A picnic hamper/blanket and chairs are provided to take advantage of the many free events held at the beautiful Valley Gardens directly opposite. In Summer a fan is provided in each room. A collection of board games are provided. In the kitchen you'll find batteries, pain killers, clothes brush etc in addition to a selection of herbal teas, ground coffee and cafetiere and of course plenty of Yorkshire tea.
Located on the prestigious Swan Road directly opposite the Studley Hotel and across the road from the famous Valley Gardens which provide mini golf, tennis courts, a children's park, paddling pool, skate park and table tennis tables most of which are available to everyone free of charge Local eateries are minutes away and include - Fat Badger - very popular pub/hotel/restaurant with outside seating Hales Bar - the oldest pub in Harrogate with original gas lighting Drum & Monkey - Fish La Feria - Spanish The Orchid - Thai These are my favourites and all very popular so booking would be recommended.
