Our apartment is on the 3rd top floor, 90qm and has everything a family or other travelers would need. The apartment is located only 50m away from "Koum Kapi beach", has a beautiful sea view to the old town, the Villa Koundouros and the small park. You can reach everything on foot, the old port and the main market square of Chania are only 500 m away. There is free parking right in front of the house, the neighbors are very kind and a morning on our balcony with coffee will remain unforgotten.
I am an old lady with 3 children. My son Christos and my daughter in law Rania will take care of you and all the things, which have to do with Booking. We are all very kind. I always give them my advice, when they need it, because I had my own Pension for 35 years. We treat our guests as good friends and we try do our best to make their stay in Chania a unique experience!
You will really enjoy the property’s location! The area is called "Villa Koundourou" has the privillage of providing a swimmable beach and it is at a walking distance from the Chania center, Chania Old city, the Venetian Port and all the other Chania city sights. Along the beach as well as at the main street of "Dikastiria" you can find many high quality cafeterias and restaurants with local cuisine, that are open every day from early in the morning until late in the night! All the property's advantages are accessible to our guests. The property ist just one minute walk to the beach and its easy to park in front of the property! There is in a walking distance to all Chania city sights and a bakery, a cinema, a supermarket , a lot of restaurants as well the busstation to the Airport are close to the property.
