Hello! My name is Luka. I'm 29 years old and Zadar is my hometown. I have MA in Geography and Geoinformatics which i finished on the Faculty of Science in Zagreb, after which I returned back to Zadar. However, I currently work in Marina Borik, located in north part of Zadar. I'm interested in history, economy, culture and of course geography! That's more or less basic stuff about me. I always stand at disposal to guests for whatever advice or help they need. I can also help with daily trip organizations, restaurant reservations, transfers to airport or various local destinations. In case you are coming via plane or bus please let me know in advance so I can pick you up! Tourism is a field which I really enjoy, because it gives opportunity to meet various new people and share experiences with them. In the end of these adventures you always end up as a richer and better person :)
Our apartment is located in residental building close to the Oldtown, but a bit away from overcrowded tourist area. It is on second floor with a seaview on the Oldtown. It has been completely renovated in 2016. All of the furniture and details in the apartment were carefully customly designed by our cousin which is an architect with rich experience of working abroad. This gives the apartment a unique touch. The apartment is fully equipped with whatever our guests will need during their stay. Key-note that lead us with equipping the apartment is to have our guests feel like at their own home, so the mattresses, pillows, towels and everything else is of best quality. One of the most important things for us is to have everything (amenities), from shower gels to toothpicks or ice available to our guests so they do not have to jump to supermarket for small things and waste their time and rather just enjoy their stay.
Neighbourhood is considered by most people of Zadar as the perfect place to live in the city. It is within walking distance of the old town, in basically 5,6 minutes you are in the peninsula. That's where people of Zadar enjoy spending their time, meeting friends, drinking a cup of coffee or simply walking around. Also, since it is not located in the Oldtown it is not overcrowded by tourists and bars in the summer time. There is also parking place withing the building complex so that is one worry less. In the same time, there is a shopping centre nearby and various restaurants + the local beach Kolovare where you can get in 7,8 minutes on foot. Relax and enjoy because you can be anywhere you want in just a couple of minutes.
