It's a 2 1/2 storey building. The main entrance is always locked for security of the premises and guests as the building is situated on main street. The building has 4 independent apartments with separate entrances. It has two 1 BHK Apartments No 101 n 201 & two 2 BHK apartments No. 102 n 202. No 101 n 102 are located on first floor and 201 n 202 on second floor. It's a family accommodation located in typically middle class area where people from all walk of life live together whether they are rich or poor, property owner or tenant makes no difference. It is calm n quiet and safe n secure, peaceful place to stay. All the 4 Apartments are equipped with all the basic facilities and modern amenities viz. Fast WiFi/Internet service LED TV with Firetv Stick. Window AC Refrigerator Air purifier Portable Heater Geyser in the bathroom for hot and cold water Locker Iron & Iron board Hairdryer Electric Kettle Smoke and carbondioxide detector. There are complimentary tea, coffee, milk and different types of sugar sachets for the guest for self preparation. Beside this cold drink, juice and snacks are also kept in the Refrigerator. Toiletries are free. Bhagvati Homestay serves Indian vegetarian traditional home cooked meals in the dinning hall located at 3rd floor prepared in the inbuilt at a nominal rate of Rs. 150 per guest per meal. There is no room service. Guests can prepare their own meal, if they wish. There is common kitchen especially for the guests at Ground Floor with kitchenettes, electric rice cooker, electric streamer, cooking gas burners and LPG gas cylinder, glassware, crockery and cutlery. Guests have to buy groceries from the neighbourhood shops.

At a walking distance from neighbourhood to 750 metres radius there is everything available to eat from local street food to good restaurants and from small shops to big malls, retail to whole sellers are available to do shopping.
