On nice days, you are likely to remain outside a lot and you have the choice between two terraces. The smaller terrace below is ideal for breakfast and lunch. On the large sun deck above enjoy the sun and a clear view over the Westeinderplassen and the marina, where the floating house is located. This terrace is accessible via a staircase at the front of the house. Have your own boat you want to take? The house has a private jetty. There is a boat lift that you can use for a fee. In addition, see the Marina reception, a water sports shop and a restaurant. In business you can do all kinds of water sports equipment for rent to make your stay especially with children for a special treat! The Westeinderplassen lie on the border between North and South Holland. Many sailing and water sports activities take place at the ponds for young and old. In a short distance you will find major cities such as Amsterdam and Haarlem, but also smaller cities and the coast as Noordwijk and Katwijk is close (20 minutes by car).
