Located in the heart of Parnell, our stand-alone A-frame style studio offers a unique blend of tranquility and convenience. Surrounded by lush greenery and plants, it provides a peaceful retreat, while being just a stone's throw away from dozens of fantastic cafes and restaurants catering to all tastes and budgets. That is a unique property. Please consider the description below: The bedroom is located on a subfloor accessible via an attached timber ladder, which can be removed during the day or left down. Please note that this design may not be suitable for individuals with health concerns as the ladder must be climbed to reach the bedroom area. The bathroom is separated from the living space by two panels of curtains on a rail (no hard walls), which may not be suitable/comfortable for some guests. The studio is located at the bottom of the section, down a long pathway from the main street (approx. 80m). Access is via a mix of timber and concrete stairs. Please note that this pathway may not be suitable for individuals with mobility or health concerns. Guests can check in with ease via the digital lock and self check-in process. ON-STREET Parking is available for free for a maximum of two hours only, also between 6 pm and 8 am on weekdays, as well as on Saturdays and Sundays. If you need to park your car during different times, please provide us with your vehicle's license plate number . You can do this when you arrive at the property by phone message or email. We have a Parking zone map of the Parnell area, and you can park in any available spot within this zone. Payment 5 dollars per day is accepted in cash at the property or I can provide you with the account details.
