Excellent modern apartment on the top floor overlooking Golf and Sea with capacity for 4 people, in a quiet residential area in Vilamoura. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. For the necessary comfort the kitchen is fully equipped and furnished, a spacious living room exposed to the south with a terrace and excellent views of the pool area, golf course and beach. The condominium is small and calm and will rest on the sun loungers next to the magnificent salt water pool that can be used 24H. The building has free private parking space. The stay includes two cards for the use of two free bicycles located at the exit of the apartment to enjoy the excellent walks and green spaces in Vilamoura and to be able to go to the beach by bicycle. Free wifi is also available.

I love living in the Algarve for the quality of life and I like to receive guests upon arrival at the apartment and help them to enjoy their holidays as much as possible. In 2020 I announced my apartment on booking but I have rented it since 2008 and I always have excellent comments for the quiet and private condominium, views of the apartment and the excellent salt water pool !!! I want guests to feel at home!

The short distance of 5 minutes from the center and the golf courses Pinhal Velho, Victoria and Millenium in Vilamoura is also a great choice for golfers. Falésia beach is located 7 minutes away with a good car park, several restaurants and sun loungers and parasols, being considered one of the best beaches in the world by Tripadvisor. Vilamoura is a lifestyle! The Marina with several shops and supermarkets, the possibility of hiking and a spectacular and vibrant nightlife awaiting you!
