Kolonaki Domus Apartments are located in a new finished building,the year 2017.They are located in the heart of the city and have a strategic position towards the most important sights as well as to the major attractions of Iasi,which can be reached on foot. The properties are located in the area of Civic Center of Iasi,in close proximity to the Commercial and Business Center Palas Mall and the emblematic Palace of Culture. The apartments are completely new,they are spacious,bright and very clean,overlooking the city,located in the middle floor and in a quiet area.Have a fully equipped kitchen,with facilities for preparing coffe or tea and the main meals of the day. The bedrooms are intimate,elegant,comfortable and have double bed and matrimonial.The apartments also features air conditioning,Wi-Fi internet access and a flat screen TV. They have a balcony designed for relaxing and serving coffee or tea but at the same time,the properties also have,a dining area,tastefully arranged. Parking is private and available to guests free of charge.

Το Palas Mall, το Παλατι(Palatul) Culturii, η Μητροπολη (Catedrala Mitropolitana) μαζι με το μουσειο της, ο Καθολικος Καθεδρικος Ναος (Catedrala Romano Catolica), το Παλατι Roznovanu (το Δημαρχειο), το Pedestrian street (Pietonalul) Stefan cel Mare si Sfânt, το Παλατι Braunstein, το Μουσειο Unirii, η εκκλησια Τριων Ιεραρχων(Trei Ierarhi), το Εθνικο Θεατρο(Teatrul National Vasile Alexandri), το Râpa Galbena που λεγεται και Esplanada Elisabeta(το οποιο ειναι ιστορικο μνημειο), ολα αυτα κι αλλα παραπανω χρειαζονται ως αποσταση 10 με 15 λεπτα περπατημα.
