The apartment is located in a superb historical building, recently renovated. The building has an interior courtyard, beautifully arranged. The apartment is only 700 meters from the city center, ie Piata Victoriei. The historic center of the city, ie Piata Unirii, is also very close. It is an exclusive area, with several consulates nearby. The building is only about 100 meters from the promenade area next to the Bega canal, a very beautiful area and a recently renovated park. Just a few hundred meters away is the Orthodox Metropolitan Cathedral. The apartment was completely renovated in 2021, everything that was invested in it, being of a superior quality. The apartment has two bedrooms, one very large, with a 180x200 cm bedroom bed, and the other, a little smaller, with a 150x200 sofa bed, both beds being very comfortable. The smallest bedroom can also be used as an office, if desired, with a desk and office chair in it. The kitchen is open-space with the living room, unfolding on an area of ​​approximately 30 square meters. In the living room there is a Panasonic TV, 126 cm diagonal. The kitchen is equipped with: induction hob, electric oven, refrigerator, washing machine (it's in the bathroom), coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc. There are two bathrooms, the larger bathroom has a valve equipped with a shower, sink, toilet, and the smaller bathroom has a toilet and sink. Hot water and heat are provided with our own Viessman gas boiler. Parking can be done on the street in front of the building, there are always free spaces. During the week from Monday to Friday between 08-20 you pay 3.57 euros for 24 hours or about 0.4 euros per hour, and on Saturday and Sunday you don't pay. It is a very quiet and secluded street, with very little traffic. Many terraces, restaurants and cafes are very close, respectively in Piata Victoriei, Piata Libertatii, Piata Unirii.
