Your host Glenn has an extensive background in travel & hospitality, from being a pearl diver at a family resort to a CEO of a five-star luxury adventure tour and cruise company.

THE SPACE This beautifully furnished 2 bedroom/2 bath with walk-in closet, bathroom, and rooftop in a modern design of townhome also have a separate private office space with high speed internet. There's an open concept kitchen that looks into a modern dining area with beautiful floor to ceiling windows. The kitchen comes equipped with all the modern amenities including a Nespresso maker, French Press, and a variety of teas to choose from. Enjoy the lavish views of the Ballard neighborhood where a beautiful garden oasis awaits you on the rooftop deck or for a more romantic vibe, relax on the reclining chairs on the balcony with a glass of wine or pint just off the primary bedroom. A library of DVD’s and board games are located in the living where you can enjoy a SMART TV with endless streaming or gaze at the beautiful artwork displayed around the home. The space is also equipped with a lovely landscaped yard and a large parking space.

One of the oldest neighborhoods in the city, Ballard is an exciting mix of classic Northwest life and trendy, young hotspots and countless upscale dining options, including offerings from James Beard award winners Renee Erickson, Ethan Stowell, and Tom Douglas.  In close proximity to grocery stores, bus lines, and the Burke Gilman Trail, the Ballard Modish will allow you to experience Seattle as a home away from home. Whether you’re here with the family, a couple, or a single guest, you’ll never be lacking in activities or attractions. Seattle contains several public transportation options. With constant investment driven by the local tech industry, the city has an excellent infrastructure for local travel. Options include buses, subways, commuter trains,  and many bicycle-friendly options. In addition to land travel, the city also has ferries, seaplanes, and water taxis, both for transport and tourism purposes. We're 15 minutes drive to the Space Needle, 4 minutes drive to Zoológico Woodland Park, 13 minutes drive to Washington University, and 25 minutes drive to Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.
