Diamond Parking (2 mins drive and 10 mins walk). NO parking in the building. -10 minutes walk and 2 minutes drive to University of Washington -Walking distance to many commercial shops -Excellent transit options available in neighborhood. All are walking distance -Possible noise during spring and summer season from the neighborhood -You can check in late or even the next day
