We have installed a full solar power electricity backup system so you won’t be impacted by electricity outages or power interruptions. Both bedrooms have firm queen-sized beds, cotton linen and built in cupboards. The bathroom has a large shower (no bath), double vanity, ample cupboard space and separate toilet. Linen, towels and basic toiletries are provided. Comfortable separate open-plan living area has a flat screen tv, dvd player and satellite television (DSTV and Showmax). There is a separate work desk as well as excellent, high-speed (free) wifi. Kitchen is fully equipped for self catering and includes a fridge, separate freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, counter-top hob/4-plate stove (there is no oven), crockery and cutlery. We provide tea, coffee, milk and rusks for you to enjoy. The apartment is perfect for the business traveller as well as the family on holiday. A 'home away from home'. Ideal for the businessperson or family on holiday. Sandown Estate is a leafy, secure residential neighbourhood with excellent security. Join other residents for an early morning jog or more leisurely walk around the suburb. The suburb borders the Sand River, and along with our indigenous garden, ensures wonderful birdlife in the area. Proximity to Sandton (the richest mile in Africa) guarantees the finest shopping, entertainment and dining experiences. Rosebank is a 10-minute drive away, and Fourways an easy 15 minutes on the highway. We are a 5 minute walk from the Gautrain bus route and 5km from the Gautrain Station and the heart of the Sandton CBD. Easy access to the highways makes this the ideal location - you cannot get more central than this.
