Good location with lovely view over fishing harbour. Very convenient seafood restaurant within walking distance. Enjoyed a fabulous sunset view from the Inn. Very helpful and honest staff found my wallet that I left in the room and let me know.

Our stay at the Outback Inn was absolutely fabulous on both occasions. We loved everything about it. The owner thought of absolutely everything that we would need for our stay worth them. The staff was so cheerful and helpful with recommendations in the area, we felt like special visitors. Thank you, and we will absolutely be returning next summer, "or maybe over the winter", sounds like a marvellous idea for a few days stress-free.

The breakfast was outstanding. Kevin , the owner, is knowledgable, attentive and extremely helpful. The hostel he owns and maintains is a barn that he converted into a hostel. The hostel is cozy and has a real unique character. Moreover, Kevin recommended to us where to hike, kayak and where to eat. We are coming back next year for sure to do more hiking and kayaking and will stay at Accolade retreat and campground . Kevin already let us know that he is planning in serving dinner next year. We are looking forward to that.

Location could not be better if you are doing the Cabot Trail. It is right at the beginning of the best side of the trail. In my opinion you could skip the east side. The room is large with a frig and microwave. Room was VERY clean. The person checking us in, who I believe must have been the owner, gave us a great suggestion for dinner. Turned out to be the best meal we had in Nova Scotia. Thank you for that!!!!

The owners were very friendly and hospitable. A lot of advice on where to eat for dinner and to surely pick up some baked goods from the bakery. We ate at Harbour restaurant and made a reservation for a window seat on her advice. We had a good chat in the morning about the area and travel Plan to rest and relax a little at this property. A beautiful back yard and trails we were not able to use because of the rain.
