With panoramic views of beautiful countryside, the Ravensworth Arms Hotel is a charming pub with bright, traditional rooms. Standing on the site of Clubdon Hall, it offers free Wi-Fi, 5 minutes’ drive from the A1(M).

We had breakfast & dinner, which were all excellent. The staff were great - friendly, welcoming & couldn't have done more to make our stay more enjoyable. In particular we would like to thank Reece who was so helpful & Dawn who was outstanding. As we stayed for 10 nights, there was time to see that this is how they always are - a real credit to your busineaa.

The staff were all friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Mark was exceptional. The food was fantastic, could have managed smaller portions!!

The on-site restaurant was good although the breakfast was the standout meal we had. Dinner was uneven. My family had an excellent beef bourguignon, and the mussels I ordered were delicious. I also had a steak, but it was underwhelming and overcooked. Overall the meal was still good especially the pot du chocolate!

The room was very good with it's own kitchen. I would definitely use this hotel again. The breakfast was okay, quite standard. There was little or no option for dinner, unless I missed it.

We had an excellent room and reception staff were really helpful when I arrived early due to a change in plans. I was very grateful to them for allowing me to check in a bit early. We also had an excellent dinner in the restaurant. Staff at breakfast were very welcoming and Tirso took very good care of us, going that extra mile to make sure we had all we needed.

When we last stayed 15 or 20 years ago it was shabby compared to what we had known 50 years ago when there were dinner-dances at a weekend. Pleased to see it was no longer shabby and back to 4-star.
