All staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely comfortable room in a building full of character. We had the 'festive' dinner in the evening, which was beautiful and great value. Breakfast was also lovely. Very tastefully decorated for Christmas. All the staff seemed invested in giving great, but relaxed customer service.

The location was perfect for our needs. We had an event in Romsey. The breakfast was delicious, plenty of varied choices and beautifully cooked. We also had dinner there which I would recommend. The staff were very friendly and obliging. Our whole experience was comfortable, relaxed and we would use them again.

Breakfast was excellent. Bathroom could been better, black mould around bath. Dinner was disappointing we waited 45 mins for meal After ordering. Being the only one's in the restaurant at the time I would have the service to quicker.
