Anytime access to room, fabulous and friendly people below, special shout out to Jason, Alexis and the beautiful Beth for the company at the end of a long day. TV was basic, but never used anyway. Open mic night in the bar is not karaoke, hoorah.

Great location in front of walk down to clock cafe and a few minutes walk over to south bay and town. Free on street parking. Breakfast freshly cooked and very good. Comfortable bed. Although the room was not overly big it was sufficient for what we needed. Clearly the owners take a lot of care and pride in the accommodation they provide.
