It was our first experience to stay in hotel with full electronic check in and it was fun. Felt like quest to be solved first 5 minutes, but all instructions were clear and we enjoyed it. I guess that's how hotels of the future will look like. Very clean, very comfortable beds, perfect location.

Access from the airport in Bergamo is hassle-free - bus no. 1 and you get off at the final stop and from there, it's 3 minutes to the apartment. Perfect contact with the hosts. We felt taken care of in every aspect. They advised us where we could eat well and have drinks at a discount. They booked a table for dinner at one of the nearby restaurants they recommended. Kindness at every step.

There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, we recommend the one just below the hotel, the one in the main street which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, and makes its own cakes.

A lovely touch. The bathroom giftset and the shower was fabulous. the availability of staff on whatsapp whenever needed was very welcome. beautiful airy light-filled and comfortable apartment in such an excellent location a lovely find in a lovely city.. highly recommended..

Good size accomodation and bathroom, clean, and handy for the city and to get to the old town by public transport. Plenty of towels and space. Accomodation in Bergamo is not the best - but this spot though a little out of the old town or down town was decent enough to spend a few days
