Common areas were good and clean and relaxing. Beds comfortable, shared bathroom was right next so like at home. Had dinner in restaurant, set menu, fresh and delicious. Found Bus/train Station 200 mtrs away which was a great surprise for getting to Kamikochi Park. This place might be 1 star but it's a very shiny gold star. Well done.

It is less than 10 min away from the station and is a short walk to the castle as well. There are many stores and restaurants nearby. The staff was really friendly, helpful and spoke fluent English.
