Everything about this place was amazing ,the breakfast is really good better than any hotel I've stayed at ,the staff is amazing as well , the rooms are really nice and clean ,i must say i didn't expect that when i saw outside but I'm glad i stayed here

Basic rooms that had everything needed. Very friendly staff helpful with all kinds of questions from calling taxis to possible activities. Excellent location in Philipsburg; we truly enjoyed our stay.

The structure is not too high, lovely designed and fitted rooms. Excellent food and services. Had delicious steak dinner. Very tasty and tender. Quality of the training of staff and the hospitality received is of a noticeable high level. Very good, but pricey.

The private garden and outdoor kitchen allowed us to concoct a delicious dinner with a view of the Simpson Bay lagoon. We will definitely come back to this apartment!

The room was spotless and spacious, and we had the benefit of a huge balcony. Quiet and clean--that top stair to the main area is a doozy, though! We would definitely stay at Carl's Unique Inn again.

She took lots of time and guided our 10 day trip with suggestions and recommendation that were perfect!! She went above and beyond and is responsible for us having a wonderful time and wanting to return to La Vista. The breakfast was good ,but not great. I suggest a little more style in the menu- like French toast that is cinnamon or on French bread. Dinner was great.CarolYoung couple
