The location was great a lot of nice restaurants. I'm from Chicago but live in Minnesota so the vibe was right. Very accessible location. Hotel parking was the best choice for us. The staff on the first night was as helpful as he could have been at the time.

The staff (Jeremy ..makes breakfasts and insists we take food to our room. Made a great Wed. dinner for all guests.) The Herculean effort made by all staff to overcome temporary closure of one elevator.....SO IMPRESSED. so many families staying...wonderful atmosphere.

All good, Check in went fairly smooth, good recommendation for dinner, although make sure you make a booking. Good quality linen, comfy bed & pillows, room nice & spacious. Complimentary Coffee next to reception pretty good with a bonus of complimentary water.

Great location, lovely rooms with a good view of the city, the restaurant and bar downstairs were great for breakfast, lunch and dinner or a few drinks, would recommend the bottomless brunch. Also

The breakfast was good, except nothing is left after 1h of the beginning. The location is simply great - surrounded by metro stations, and the location was in the center of the city. Stuff is friendly.

We really enjoyed the location and the hotel bar/restaurant. Staff in the bar were absolutely amazing. On 3 of our 4 nights, we went down for happy hour and twice got dinner. Best steaks we had on our whole trip, US or CA. The two lads should come to Ireland on holidays, sure they'd love it.

Visited for the St. Patrick's Day festivities. Hoyt's Tavern in the hotel had a tent set up outside with a dj and bar as well as a dj inside. Very fun atmosphere. Tons of people in the streets to witness the green Chicago River. Really appreciated Melanee at the front desk taking time out to personally come find me once a room was ready to check into. Overall, very nice hotel. Would definitely stay again.

We loved everything. The room was in a corner and it had a nice view, bed was super comfortable and so were the pillows, they give you complimentary coffee pods and creamer, you can also connect your phone to the tv and watch movies/tv shows. The restaurant in the hotel was really good, we went for dinner & breakfast both were delicious. Service was great too, employees in the front desk help you check in/out with no problem. I saw a lot of bad reviews after booking the room, don’t let that fool you, this is a great hotel.

Proximity to United Center was great, Park Tavern across the street was excellent for dinner and drinks, staff was extremely friendly and helpful, room was small but well appointed and comfortable. Would 100% stay here again.
