The staff was so friendly and went above and beyond more than once for our family. The free extensive breakfast, popcorn in the afternoon and dinner (and 3 alcoholic drinks!) made this hotel a no brainer in wanting to stay here. They also provide Disney perks and free shuttles to the parks. How could you get any better!

The condition of the room was subpar, with missing pieces on the floor posing a safety hazard, particularly for children walking barefoot. Additionally, the rooms were not adequately cleaned. The noise levels during the night and early morning were excessive, further detracting from the overall experience.

The hotel recommended I have dinner at Marlow’s Tavern, located at walking distance from the hotel. The food and beverage I had there were fabulous. Being by myself I ate at the bar and the service was great too. I loved the bed at the hotel and got my needed rest before getting up very early to get to the airport on time for an early flight. It covered all my needs and expectations!
