Pleasantly surprised! Location was under a 10 min. walk to the historic area. I was warmly greeted at check-in and the room was updated, well-appointed and very clean. I was traveling alone yet felt very safe the entire stay, and parking was free. It was budget-friendly to my wallet as well.

Great location near the sites of old St Augustine, easy access to main road to get to beach area. Old Town Trolley pick up at this location, which is a bonus. The size of room was much bigger than expected along with couch and large table for dining in room. Large lobby with basic but decent breakfast. I have a feeling I will stay here again on a return visit to St Augustine as I did stay an extra night already.

absolutely top ten motels I’ve ever stayed. it was low season, so we didn’t pay a lot, maybe $70. but it was clean, modern, no sketchy people loitering about like a lot of other cheap road side motels.
