Pleasantly surprised! Location was under a 10 min. walk to the historic area. I was warmly greeted at check-in and the room was updated, well-appointed and very clean. I was traveling alone yet felt very safe the entire stay, and parking was free. It was budget-friendly to my wallet as well.

absolutely top ten motels I’ve ever stayed. it was low season, so we didn’t pay a lot, maybe $70. but it was clean, modern, no sketchy people loitering about like a lot of other cheap road side motels.

Decided to take the 1st floor room with king king-size bed that faced the inner courtyard with the swimming pool and children's playground. Probably gets noisy if children are staying here. Checked in around 6:00 pm. The inn was relatively low occupancy. The room was a new refurb and very clean. Went back to room to pack came back down stairs two tables open but dirty, no staff around to ask if could be cleaned. We just decided to just leave and eat some were else. Came back down for the 3rd time with our bags checked for any staff to check out, still no one to be found. It was much nicer sharing a large apartment with 2 bedrooms than sharing a hotel room with two beds. My friend and I had a great stay. The Apartment was clean and the house rules are very clear. Parking is excellent. After walking and touring historic St Augustine during the day, it was nice to pop into the apartment and get refreshed for dinner. It's very handy being able to walk to the Ice Plant or the Fish Camp.ViSolo traveler
