I am so glad I booked this hotel when in Seattle for a conference. The location is fantastic - a 5 minute walk to Pike Place Market and the Seattle Art Museum, close to shops (Nordstrom, Nordstrom Rack and Uniqlo) and to a few restaurants. I enjoyed the old-school quiet comfort, the comfortable bed and extremely clean room and bathroom, and the friendly staff. The breakfasts in the hotel restaurant are very good, and I enjoyed drinks and a couple of pleasant dinners in Oliver's Bar. Excellent value for money!

Bring ear plugs! If you forget, they provide them for you. The staff was very friendly! We could have picked a room that was in the inner ring but wanted to see the bustling market area. So there are quieter options. The locations cannot be better for exploring what Seattle has to offer! Minutes from the Pike Market, 10 minute walk to the monorail to the needle. 10 minute walk to the big museums and right on the subway line. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

We were a group of 4 ladies going to a performance at the Show Box which is only 2 blocks away. We walked to dinner at Pike Market, went the show and then walked back to hotel! It was perfect!

Staff are very attentive and kind. I really liked the hotel restaurant for its happy hour and dinner options. Compared to other overpriced options in the area, it was definitely worth it.

We really enjoyed the downtown feel. We loved the restaurant onsite, breakfast was included with are stay and it was amazing. We also dined for dinner, and happy hour. We appreciated how secure the building was. We never felt unsafe which is huge. Security at every door. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

Beautiful property which retains lots of original features (make sure you read about the house’s history in your welcome pack!). Breakfast was delicious and generous, and the innkeepers couldn’t have been more friendly or hospitable. The pool was a huge bonus as we visited during a heatwave - area close to some great restaurants, too!
