I booked my room using this app and they mixed up my booking. Having said that, the whole team at Katoomba Hotel and Three Sisters Motel are amazing. My initial experience was a bit odd because of the mix up but everything went great after that. I feel bad that I can't remember the names of the staff as I'm sure I wrote em somewhere in my journal but just want to give kudos to the team. You guys are amazing!

Royal Hotel is set in Springwood, 13 km from Penrith and 23 km from Katoomba. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. Free WiFi and free private parking are available. The rooms include a flat-screen TV. Thanks to the manager for taking good care of us!

Grand View Hotel is located in the village of Wentworth Falls in the Blue Mountains, a world heritage site. The staff were so lovely and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They made us feel so welcome and even helped us out a lot when waiting for our luggage to arrive. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Would definitely stay here again.
