Auberge des Vergers has a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in Geneva. The staff were very friendly and accommodating since my wife and I don't speak French. The service was great, and the food was wonderful. The staff helped us schedule a cab to take us to the train station.

Only a 10-minute walk from Vevey Train Station, Hotel de la Place is situated in the small village of Corsier. One of the most charming places we stayed at during our 2-week road trip. I felt like we'd stepped back in time to early 20th century France. Very clean and well-equipped room with extremely comfortable beds, tea- and coffee-making facilities, excellent bathroom with a lovely view of the quaint cafe outside, and very accommodating receptionist.
