The internet is pretty good and we managed to work there and enjoy the nearby Khon Klong beach without having to search for a coworking space in Saladan for extra money and effort. The rooms are what you need, secured from insects and the ac works just fine. Ali is a real gentleman and will support in each request. He has just started the business and is very positive to hear your needs and help you. Overall we would stay there again as a convenient and value for money stay.

De Lanta Place ligger i Ko Lanta i Koh Lanta-regionen, 90 m fra Klong Nin-stranden og 1,6 km fra Klong Toab-stranden. The host is wonderful! She is always so kind and friendly. She definitely feels more like a friend than a host but is still very accommodating and professional. Our AC wasn’t fully working so she got us a fan and offered for us to move into a room where the AC worked. She was very apologetic and helpful. The place is very simple but had everything we needed and was mostly clean. There is also a very sweet cat, Mushy, that comes around sometimes :)

After the coffee shop got demolished, they have started to build a new one ☝🏻 Due to the construction, we got a free upgrade to the Deluxe Bungalows to avoid the noise. This was very very nice. They had a very high quality mosquito net with an entrance. The location is great with various restaurants to choose from. The Host was so lovely and we liked it very much :)
