It was very well maintained. Extremely comfortable beds. Excellent shower. Delicious breakfast with very fresh food. Lovely and easily accessible terrace with great views. The staff were extremely helpful. We could also get laundry done. Excellent location v close to the bus station.

I had a wonderful stay! The room was very clean and well equipped. Cleaning is done every day. The hotel is well located 12 minutes walk from the city center of Ürgüp with all its supermarket and restaurant. Erin was such a lovely host. She advice me on the best restaurant and place to do my shopping. And also organizes my transfer to the airport. Plus, as my airport shuttle was very earlier in the morning, she pack for me some delicious breakfast.

The evening discussion over tea with Faruk and my son, the father and original founder of this establishment was a highlight for me. Faruk had so much knowledge of current world affairs, stories to tell, and wisdom about life in general and the evolution of society in general. Then on the hotel side, the breakfast served by Faruk's wife.. Every ingredient fresh and either grown from their own garden or carefully picked from local producers. The jams were homemade and a real delight, and the omelette and cheese... Starting the day over this very healthy and plentiful breakfast was a real treat. Sahin, their son and the manager of the hotel was kind and providing good advice on how to make the best out of our stay - for example advising us to take the green tour instead of the red tour we had booked to be able to benefit from the opportunity to visit the underground city and the transportation to take us to sites we would not otherwise have been able to see. The rooftop terrace offered a fantastic vista from which to see the hot air balloons rise at sunrise.

The hotel is in a great location, a few minutes from the panoramic viewpoint over Göreme and near the restaurants in town. We enjoyed the hospitality of the hotel staff and our well decorated cave room! Breakfast was yummy and on a nice terrace.
